Hello. I'm researching RICH
I chose Saline County because a Webster County, KY obit listed a Rich desc., Charles Rich as living in Harrisburg, Saline Co., IL in March 1950. Some of his ancestors lived in IL and traveled to Webster Co by covered wagon, where they settled.
I noticed that Saline was formed in 1847 from Gallatin Co. but their query page states that I specifically must have an ancestors direct link to post to their query board.
I have Obediah Rich (b 1770) married Mary? their son, William Martin Rich (b 1818 in IL) married in 1845 to Sarah Dills their children (some of whom were born in IL before family relocated and settled in KY) Nancy Rich, b 1852; Thomas Rich, b 1856; Jesse A. Rich, b 1858; Valentine Rich, b 1862; Abner Rich b 1865; Sarah Rich, b 1867
Any information about this family would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
